Are you struggling with health issues and want personalised plan? I can help you ! Together, we will chart your imbalances and I will share a personnalised action plan for the next 3 months. This includes 2 consultations: 1. First consultation (1h) to go through a thorough questionnaire on your lifestyle, diet and symptoms. During the consultation suggestions will be given on foods, herbs, massages, yoga & daily routine to help bring changes and improvement in your health status. 2. Second follow up consultation (20mins) in a month's time to discuss improvement and adapt our plan if required. Please make sure to take notes.
