Ayurvedic winter soup that will warm you up 🥣 and pacify vata & kapha which are the typical of this cold windy weather🥶 Cook vegetables you have (carrots, broccoli, squash, sweet potatoes, potatoes) with salt to taste and blend them with a hand mixer.
In some pure organic ghee (you can use olive oil), sautée some garlic, onion, few cloves and cinnamon. Add this to the veggie blend.
Stir in some fresh ground black pepper, sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve hot.
You can accompany this with quinoa.
